📦 What kind of services do you offer?

We specialize in decorating spaces for special occasions (like birthdays, anniversaries, first visits, bachelorette parties, etc.) and creating themed gift baskets delivered directly to your hotel room in the Orlando area.

🎈 Can I customize my room decoration or basket?

Absolutely! We offer customization options based on your theme, occasion, and preferences. If you have a specific color scheme, message, or character inspiration in mind, let us know and we’ll do our best to bring it to life.

📅 How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance to secure your preferred date. Our calendar opens for bookings up to 1 months ahead, so you can plan early and avoid missing out.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are nonrefundable within 48 hours of your scheduled date, as we begin preparing materials in advance. If your travel plans change, we may be able to reschedule depending on availability.

🌧 What happens if there’s bad weather or a hurricane?

If we’re unable to safely deliver your order due to a hurricane or emergency, we will reschedule your service or offer a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.​

🧺 Is the basket exactly like the photos?
Our baskets are personalized, so there may be slight variations. We will select some of your favorite treats, and the basket style may vary depending on its size or type. Each decoration is unique and handcrafted with you in mind — we’ll always consult you on the details to make sure it reflects your preferences perfectly.

🧼 Do you offer pickup after the celebration?

No, we do not offer a pickup service. However, we provide a large trash bag (in decoration services) so you can easily dispose of any decorations or materials you don’t wish to keep after your stay.

🧺 Can I keep the items in the setup or basket?

Yes! Most of the items in your setup and gift basket are yours to keep, unless stated otherwise (e.g., large display props or stands). You’ll know ahead of time if anything is returnable.

📸 Will you post pictures of my decoration or basket?

We may take photos or videos of the final setup for promotional use, but we never share guest names, hotel details, or room numbers. If you'd prefer not to have your setup shared at all, just let us know when you book.
