Booking & Cancellation Policy

Reservations are final and non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery. By then, your items have already been purchased and prepared just for you. If your plans change, we’ll do our best to reschedule (subject to availability), though we can’t guarantee another date will be possible.​

 

Weather & Emergency Policy

We understand Florida weather can be unpredictable. In the event of a hurricane, storm, or emergency that prevents us from safely delivering or setting up your order, we will reschedule your service or provide a partial/full refund depending on the situation.

​Setup & Property Guidelines

We use gentle, temporary materials designed to avoid damage. However, we are not liable for any damage to  property. Clients must not move, remove, or alter the decorations after setup is complete.

Cleanup & Disposal

Our decorations are intended for short-term use. We do not offer pickup services. A large trash bag will be providedfor your convenience (in decoration services). Clients are responsible for disposing of or managing all items after checkout. We recommend placing non-keepable items in the trash.

Basket & Theme Policy

All gift baskets and  decorations are inspired by fun, family-friendly themes. Some may include legally purchased branded items, but we are not affiliated with Disney, Universal, or any specific intellectual property. If your selected theme relies on products we cannot source, we’ll help suggest a beautiful alternative.

Photography & Social Media

We love showcasing our work! We may take photos or short videos of your  setup or gift baskets for promotional use, unless you request otherwise before your booking date. We will never post personal details, guest names, or room numbers.

Licensed Products
Magic Gift LLC does not sell or distribute officially licensed products from third parties. Any themed visual elements are part of the decorative design only and do not constitute the sale of branded or licensed merchandise.

Sweets, Cakes, and Cupcakes
All food items such as sweets, cakes, and cupcakes included in our packages are purchased from authorized third-party providers and delivered sealed in their original packaging.
Magic Gift Co does not handle, prepare, or alter any food products.
